Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship - Independence of the Seas
!@Carol wanted to take a cruise, Rich not so much.
On a trip to Orlando for the Florida/Georgia LWML Conference, Richa and CArol had the opportunity to sign-up for a three-day Royal Caribbean Cruise from Miami to Nasau, Bahamas, as part of an LWML presentation and tour.
They were to be accompanied by their good friends, Greg and Yvette Seltz along with Don and Elaine Stier. Elaine and DOn were the tour hosts and Greg would be the presebter at the meeting held at The Lutheran Chhurch of Nassau, Bahamas.
Arrangements were made for Rich and Carol to flu to Miami a few days early and spend ime with Don and Elaine at their homr in the Florida Keys. Then they would all meet in Miami for the cruise.
When Carol and Rich boarded the plane for Miami, there was a snowstorm in St. Louis that delayed the flight a few hours.
All went well after that, until Greg was denied boarding due to a misunderstanding.
That meant that Rich, Carol, Do, Elaine, and Yvette would cruise without Greg.
That also meant that Rich was tasked with preparing and presnting the talk to the LWML group in Nassau.
All in all it was a giid first cruise. Hopefully the next one will be "smoother sailing!"
