Chicken Tenders - No Breading
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken tenders
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
INSTRUCTIONS
1 pound chicken tenders

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels, then place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat completely.
- Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the chicken tenders.
- Air fry the chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway through the cook time, until they are cooked through and golden on the outside..
