One Pan Sausage and Veggies
Ingredients:
2 cups red potato
3/4 pound fresh green beans
1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli
1 1/2 cups chopped bell peppers (I used one red and one green)
9 ounces smoked sausage (I used three links)
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup diced carrots
1/2 onion sliced into half-rounds
Preparations:

Preparations:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a large sheet pan with foil
- Prep the veggies: chop the potatoes into small pieces, trim the green beans, chop broccoli, chop peppers into squares and coin the sausage
- Place the veggies and sausage on the sheet pan. Pour the olive oil on top, mix the dry spices together and sprinkle over oil. Toss to evenly coat veggies and meat
- Bake 15 minutes, remove from oven and stir/flip veggies and meat. Return to oven and bake another 10-15 minutes or until veggies are crisp and meat is browned
