Harry and Ruth were married and settled at 18023 Oak Ave., Lansing, Illinois. After marriage Harry supported his family as a laborer in t he nearby steel mills of Gary, Indiana. The couple were blessed with five children: Carol, Charlene (Chuckie), Duane, Arlene (Bunny) and Kenneth (Kenny).
