Engraved Paver
St. Charles, Missouri, is known as the start of the Lewis and Clark Expedition, May 14, 18o5. Over the course of two years Lewis and Clark explored the Missouri River and then went West to the Pacific Ocean.
To commemorate the explorers, the city of St. Charles erected a stature to Lewis and Clark in Frontier Park, near the river and the place where the journey began.
In order to help fund the maintenance of this statue, the city offers an opportunity to purchase an engraved paver that is placed around the stature area.
The Jeremy Bacon family gave the Cohrs family the gift of a paver for Christmas, 2021.
The paver is located to the North of the statue.
