Mom Conrad's Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound hamburger
3 medium potatoes - sliced
2 carrots - sliced
1 onion - chopped
2 sticks celery - cut up
1 no. 303 can peas - drained with juice reserved
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper
Brown hamburger in skillet.
While hamburger is browning place vegetables in casserole dish in order given. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Place hamburger on top of vegetables.
Mix pea juice with tomato soup and pour over all.
Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees
