Last Scheduled Southwest Airlines Flight from Flint, Michigan
Southwest Airlines (SWA) is often the carrier of choice when the Cohrs family travels. It is relatively inexpensive, luggage flies free and we often are in the "A" boarding group, which allows us to choose our seats. Rich prefers the right-hand side of the aircraft, next to the window, due to his shoulder injury.
We have flown SWA many times to Michigan to visit family, using the conveniently located Bishop airport (FNT) located in Flint.
We were dismayed when SWA discontinued regular service to FNT and decided to be part of history and be aboard the final flight.
