EncourAGING Cross
Each year the Lutheran Education Association (LEA) bestows the Distinguished Retired Lutheran Educator "EncourAGING" Award.

To recognize this achievement, Paul and Nancy Trinklein (fellow members of Zion Lutheran Church) gave Rich this special handmade cross.
Paul used walnut wood harvested from a local tree for the base,with metal inserts formng the cross.
